How long are my SeedPoints valid?
Each SeedPoint is valid for 12 months from the time it is credited. You can view your current points balance and points history in your customer account.
Do I have to redeem my SeedPoints?
No. Your SeedPoints automatically determine your club level and therefore your discount. You do not have to exchange your points for vouchers or rewards.
How do I get my club discount?
You do not need to activate anything or enter a code. Simply log in to your customer account – your current club discount will automatically be applied in the shopping cart.
Can I combine my club discount with voucher codes and promotions?
Yes. Your club discount can be combined with voucher codes and discount promotions – for example, newsletter vouchers and product discounts.
What happens when SeedPoints expire?
Your club level is based on your currently valid SeedPoints. If points expire after 12 months, your club level may change as a result.
Where can I see my SeedPoints and my club level?
You can find your current points balance, club level, and points history in your Club-of-Seeds overview via the widget at the bottom left of the website or in your customer account under “Club of Seeds”.
How do I collect SeedPoints with product reviews?
You receive 50 SeedPoints for each product review. Use the email address associated with your Club-of-Seeds account. A maximum of 5 reviews per month will be rewarded with SeedPoints.
