Delivery and Shipping

§ 1 EU Market and Origin

All orders are shipped from our logistics center in Germany within the framework of the free movement of goods in the European Union. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received.

§ 2 Shipping Costs and Time

§ 3 Shipment Tracking

After the package is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your shipment. All packages are packed in a discreet manner, without logos or information suggesting the contents on the external packaging.

§ 4 Delays and Consumer Rights

If the shipment does not arrive within 30 days of the order, the Consumer has the right to set an additional delivery deadline or withdraw from the contract in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act.

§ 5 Lost or Damaged Parcels

1. In case of visible damage to the package upon receipt, please make a report with the courier and contact us within 48 hours at info@house-of-seeds.de.
2. If the package is marked as "delivered" but not received, please contact us — we will initiate a claim procedure with the carrier.
